We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) to protect your data. Your business data is isolated from other users through multi-tenant security controls.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services including AWS (infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and Twilio (SMS). These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.
