By using Flo (operated by Kyber Industrial), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Flo is an AI-powered business management tool for field service businesses. We provide quoting, invoicing, scheduling, expense tracking, and payment processing features through a conversational interface.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Pricing

Flo is free to use. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions on material recommendations and processing fees on customer payments. These fees are transparently disclosed before any transaction.

5. Your Data

You own your business data. We do not claim ownership of your customer information, job records, financial data, or any content you create through Flo.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flo only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flo is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
